Information about criminal cases

Why we use your data and our legal basis
- To answer your enquiry and give you a free consultation (steps at your request before a contract, Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).

- To meet our legal obligations, for example accounting (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR).
Who we share data with
We only share data with companies that help us run the website and our services, and with lawyers when you have agreed to it:

- Independent lawyers in our network, only with your consent.
Some of these providers may process data outside the EU/EEA. In that case the transfer is protected by the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses or the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.
How long we keep data
- Enquiries and correspondence: up to 2 years after our last contact, unless you become a client.
- Client data: as long as the service lasts and afterwards as required by law (for example 6 years for accounting records).
- Lawyer applications: up to 1 year, or for as long as the lawyer is part of our network.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, ask us to limit how we use it, object to our use of it, and ask for a copy of it (data portability). If we use your data based on consent, you can withdraw your consent at any time. Write to support@marketinggroupmalaga.com.
If you think we handle your data incorrectly, you can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (Agencia Española de Protección de Datos, www.aepd.es).
