Bail Service
We handle the bail payment so the inmate can be released quickly
Why bail is hard to pay from abroad
When a Spanish court sets bail (fianza), the money has to be paid into the court’s account in a specific way. Bank transfer limits, foreign bank accounts and Spanish paperwork can delay the payment by days or weeks, while the person stays in prison.
What is included
- We and our lawyers explain what the court requires
- We handle the payment to the court for you
- We make sure the paperwork is correct
- We follow up until the person is released
- Help with what the court requires for release, such as a person in Spain who takes responsibility and an address
Release on bail is more than paying
The court often requires someone in Spain who takes responsibility for the person, and an address where they can be found. The passport is often kept by the court, so the person has no ID after release. We help with all of this, so the release is not delayed.
How it works
- The court sets the bail amount.
- You contact us and we explain the next steps.
- You transfer the bail amount, and we handle the payment to the court.
- The inmate is normally released within 24–48 hours of payment.
Price: €1,000
The bail amount itself is set by the court and is not included in the price.
